摘要:

人才培养模式改革是教育教学改革的核心内容,中国特色学徒制人才培养模式改革更是“双高计划”背景下职业教育改革的先行者。“双高计划”与中国特色学徒制是深化现代职业教育体系建设改革的重要措施,两者相互依赖、相互影响、相互制约,在目标、内容与机制方面紧密耦合。“双高计划”通过集聚多元合力、搭建优质平台、注入精神内核,为中国特色学徒制人才培养模式改革提供创新性解决方案。“双高计划”背景下中国特色学徒制人才培养模式改革应进一步凝练人才培养理念、明晰人才培养目标、优化人才培养过程、健全人才培养制度、改革人才培养评价,寻求实践新路向。

Abstract:

The reform of talent training mode is the core content of education and teaching reform. The reform of talent training mode of apprenticeship system with Chinese characteristics is even the pioneer of vocational education reform under the background of the “Double High Plan”. The “Double High Plan” and the apprenticeship system with Chinese characteristics are important measures to deepen the reform of the modern vocational education system. The two are interdependent, influence and restrict each other, and are closely coupled in terms of goals, contents and mechanisms. The “Double High Plan” provides innovative solutions for the reform of the apprenticeship system talent cultivation mode with Chinese characteristics by gathering diverse forces, building high-quality platforms, and infusing spiritual cores. Under the background of the “Double High Plan”, the reform of the apprenticeship system talent cultivation mode with Chinese characteristics should further refine the talent cultivation concept, clarify the talent cultivation goals, optimize the talent cultivation process, improve the talent cultivation system, and reform the talent cultivation evaluation, seeking new directions for practice.
