政府作为职业教育治理的重要主体，构建一套契合地方特色发展的职业教育政绩评价指标体系，既是提升地方政府履职效能的重要抓手，也是推动职业教育高质量发展的关键路径。文章从职业教育政绩评价的内涵界定与理论基础出发，系统剖析当前地方政府职业教育政绩评价的实施现状，深入挖掘指标体系构建过程中存在的结构性矛盾与实践困境，并在此基础上展开路径探索。研究聚焦评价逻辑与职业教育类型特征的耦合、评价机制与治理目标的协同，力求通过指标体系的路径优化，为地方政府职业教育政绩评价指标体系的构建提供兼具理论创新与实践指导的方案，推动职业教育治理从行政化管理向科学化、精细化评价转型。
Abstract：As an important subject in vocational education governance,the government needs to establish a set of performance evaluation index system for vocational education that aligns with local characteristics and development. This is not only an important means to enhance the efficiency of local governments in performing their duties,but also a key path to promote the high-quality development of vocational education. Starting from the connotation definition and theoretical basis of the performance evaluation of vocational education,this article systematically analyzes the current implementation status of the performance evaluation of vocational education by local governments,deeply explores the structural contradictions and practical predicaments existing in the process of constructing the index system,and on this basis,conducts path exploration. The research focuses on the coupling of evaluation logic and the characteristics of vocational education types,as well as the synergy between evaluation mechanisms and governance goals. It aims to provide a solution that combines theoretical innovation and practical guidance for the construction of the local government's vocational education performance evaluation index system through the path optimization of the index system,promoting the transformation of vocational education governance from administrative management to scientific and refined evaluation.
