“一带一路”背景下海外铁道机车维保工程师订单培养模式探索与实践

摘要:

随着“一带一路”倡议的深入推进,海外铁道机车维护保养工程师的需求缺口日益凸显。基于中国特色现代学徒制的教育理念,深化校企合作,积极探索海外铁道机车维保工程师的培养模式。以四川铁道职业学院和中车资阳机车有限公司的实践为案例,两者联合培养海外铁道机车维保工程师主要采取了五项关键举措:组建“导师组”教学团队、采用“进阶式”培养流程、设置“模块化”课程体系、采用“任务型”教学模式、强化“有效性”评价机制。该案例为职业教育现场工程师培养提供启示:强化校企深度融合的联合培养体系,完善培养机制,推动产学研训一体化实施,从而在铁道机车运维领域全方位、高质量培养满足国际化需求的现场工程师。

Abstract:

With the deepening of the Belt and Road Initiative, the demand gap for overseas railway locomotive maintenance engineers is becoming increasingly prominent. Based on the educational concept of modern apprenticeship system with Chinese characteristics, we should deepen the cooperation between schools and enterprises and actively explore the training model for overseas railway locomotive maintenance engineers. Taking the practice of Sichuan Railway College and CRRC Ziyang Locomotive Co., Ltd. as a case study, the two companies have mainly adopted five key measures to jointly cultivate overseas railway locomotive maintenance engineers: establishing a “mentor group” teaching team, adopting an “advanced” training process, setting up a “modular” curriculum system, using a “task-based” teaching mode, and strengthening the “effectiveness” evaluation mechanism. This case provides inspiration for the cultivation of on-site engineers in vocational education: strengthening the joint training system with deep integration of schools and enterprises, improving the training mechanism, and promoting the implementation of the integration of industry, academia, research and training, so as to comprehensively and high-quality cultivate on-site engineers that meet international demands in the field of railway locomotive maintenance.
