许昌职业技术学院作为国家“双高”院校，积极响应共建“一带一路”倡议，结合学校特色与区域经济发展现状，坚持“引入”与“输出”相结合，打造“随企出海”服务平台，发挥政校行企优势，打通沟通渠道，实现资源共享。学校通过探索实践“1+3”随企出海服务模式，有效解决了人才培养与产业需求、岗位需求与国际标准、海外生产过程与教学过程不匹配，以及缺乏稳定保障机制等问题，为高职院校国际化发展提供参考，为企业国际化发展提供人才支撑。

As a national “Double High” institution, Xuchang Vocational Technical College actively responds to the Belt and Road Initiative. In line with the college's characteristics and the current situation of regional economic development, it adheres to the combination of “introduction” and “output”, builds a “Following Enterprises Abroad” service platform, leverages the advantages of government, schools, industries and enterprises, opens up communication channels, and achieves resource sharing.By exploring and practicing the “1+3” “Following Enterprises Abroad” service model, the school has effectively addressed issues such as the mismatch between talent cultivation and industrial demands, job requirements and international standards, overseas production processes and teaching processes, as well as the lack of stable guarantee mechanisms. This provides a reference for the international development of higher vocational colleges and talent support for the international development of enterprises.
