为培养符合建筑业转型升级需求和掌握绿色建造技术的工程管理专业人才,解决工程管理专业产教融合合作层次浅、课程设置和人才培养方案与绿色建造方式不同步等问题,文章立足绿色建造背景,结合产教融合模式,依托高校和企业两大主体,探讨工程管理专业产教融合人才培养模式构建及存在的问题。基于教育链、人才链和产业链的三链融合视角,构建“双导师制”培养机制,从基础课程融合、实践教学体系改革、校企实训平台搭建三方面研究人才提升培养机制,促进工程管理专业人才与绿色建造产业的深度融合,为工程管理专业产教融合培养提供新思路和新路径,为建筑业转型升级和可持续发展提供强大人才推动力。
Abstract:To cultivate engineering management major talents who meet the demands of the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry and master green construction technology, and to address issues such as the shallow level of industry-education integration cooperation in the engineering management major and the mismatch between the curriculum setting and talent cultivation plans and green construction methods, based on the background of green construction, combined with the industry-education integration model, and relying on the two major bodies of universities and enterprises, to explore the construction of the industry-education integration talent cultivation model for the engineering management major and the existing problems. From the perspective of the integration of the education chain, talent chain and industrial chain, a “dual mentors system” training mechanism is constructed. The talent improvement and training mechanism is studied from three aspects: the integration of basic courses, the reform of the practical teaching system, and the establishment of school-enterprise training platforms. This promotes the deep integration of engineering management major talents with the green construction industry, providing new ideas and paths for the industry-education integration cultivation of the engineering management major, and powerful talent impetus for the transformation and upgrading as well as sustainable development of the construction industry.
