科研平台作为产教融合、科教融汇的重要载体，在推动科技创新、人才培养及促进地方经济社会发展方面发挥着至关重要的作用。以无锡地区7所公办高职院校为样本，分析科研平台在服务地方经济社会发展中的效能、面临的困境及改进对策。研究发现，尽管这些院校的科研平台在推动科技创新和人才培养方面取得了一定成效，但在成果转化效率、校企合作深度与广度、区域影响力等方面仍存在不足。为此，提出以需求为导向健全科研成果转化体系、深化校企融合、提升平台知名度和影响力等对策，为高职院校科研平台的建设与发展提供理论依据和实践指导。

As a key carrier for the integration of industry and education,and the integration of science and education,scientific research platforms play a crucial role in promoting science and technology innovation,talent cultivation,and the development of local economy and society. Taking 7 public higher vocational colleges in Wuxi as samples,this study analyzes the efficiency,existing dilemmas and improvement countermeasures of scientific research platforms in serving the local economic and social development. The research finds that although the scientific research platforms of these colleges have achieved certain results in promoting science and technology innovation and talent cultivation,there are still shortcomings in aspects such as the efficiency of achievement transformation, the depth and breadth of school-enterprise cooperation, and regional influence. Therefore,countermeasures are proposed, including improving the scientific research achievement transformation system oriented by demands,deepening the integration of schools and enterprises,and enhancing the popularity and influence of platforms. It is expected to provide theoretical basis and practical guidance for the construction and development of scientific research platforms in higher vocational colleges.
