产教融合背景下职业教育优化校企合作人才培养模式探讨

摘要:

产教融合成为新时代职业教育深化改革的重点,而校企合作成为职业教育人才培养的重要途径。产教深度融合背景下,如何加强校企合作人才培养是当前职业院校和企业面临的共同课题。目前,职业教育人才培养偏离产业人才需求、脱离企业岗位要求等问题较为突出。比较分析职业教育现有人才培养模式的特点与不足,基于产教融合的视角,从校企合作共建产业学院、强化校企共担人才培养责任、打造校企合作人才培养共同体、建立校企合作人才培养调整机制等方面,提出优化校企合作人才培养模式的合理化建议。

Abstract:

The integration of industry and education has become the focus of deepening the reform of vocational education in the new era. The school-enterprise cooperation has become an important way to train talents in vocational education. Under the background of the deep integration of industry and education, how to strengthen the talents training of school-enterprise cooperation is a common topic faced by vocational colleges and enterprises at present. At present, the problem of vocational education talent training deviating from the needs of industrial talent and the requirements of enterprises is more prominent. Comparative analysis of the characteristics and deficiencies existing in talent training mode of vocational education is made. Based on the perspective of integration of industry and education, this paper puts forward some reasonable suggestions on optimizing the mode of school-enterprise cooperation talent training from the aspects of school-enterprise cooperation to build industrial college, strengthening school-enterprise joint responsibility of talent training, building school-enterprise cooperation talent training community, and establishing adjustment mechanism of school-enterprise cooperation talent training.
