实施中国特色学徒制是深化校企合作、产教融合,培养工匠型技术技能人才的必然趋势。通过校企合作构建双主体办学体制、实施学生学徒双身份学习、开发双交替课程体系、打造双导师教学团队、建立双保证质量制度等举措,建立“专业通用能力→专业适应能力→专业胜任能力→专业发展能力”为主线的综合素养本位和“知岗体验→跟岗训练→轮岗实践→定岗入职”为主线的职业能力本位并举的人才培养机制,突出素养为先、岗位育人、工学交替、育训交互,为培养知农爱农、德优技高的现代农业工匠型技术技能人才开辟新途径,为推行中国特色学徒制提供参考。
Abstract:The implementation of the apprenticeship system with Chinese characteristics is an inevitable trend for deepening school-enterprise cooperation and industry-education integration to cultivate skilled technical talents with the qualities of craftsmen. Through measures such as establishing a dual-subject school-running system through school-enterprise cooperation,implementing dual-identity learning for students and apprentices,developing a dual-alternation curriculum system,building a dual-mentor teaching team,and establishing a dual-guarantee quality system,a talent cultivation mechanism is established with the main line of “professional general competence-professional adaptability-professional competence-professional development ability” based on comprehensive quality and “job knowledge experience-on-the-job training-job rotation practice-fixed job entry”based on vocational ability. It highlights quality first,job-based education,work-study alternation,and education-training interaction,opening up a new path for cultivating modern agricultural skilled technical talents who love agriculture and have excellent moral character and high skills, and providing reference for promoting the apprenticeship system with Chinese characteristics.
